Flash Fiction GRAND PRIZE WINNER
Here’s what you’ve all been waiting for… the grand prize winner for Salt & Sage’s first annual flash fiction contest! To ensure impartiality, a new group of judges was called in for this final round. They went through the top scorers from each week and gave them their own rankings.

We received multiple entries for this week’s flash fiction contest. Some candles summoned demons; some held the spirits of the long-departed. But only one of them beat out the competition and made all our judges agree–this is the best flash fiction on the theme of CANDLE that we received.
